National Institutes of Health Chooses HMR for National Look AHEAD Trial

The HMR Weight Management Program was selected to be part of the Look AHEAD (Action for Health in Diabetes) trial sponsored by the National Institutes of Health. It is one of the largest trials ever designed to focus on the effects of weight loss and increased physical activity on patients with diabetes. The follow-up period is planned to be 11.5 years.
