Floyd Memorial Medical Group in New Albany is conveniently located near Floyd Memorial Hospital at 2315 Green Valley Road, Suite 100. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. The practice offers the expertise of board certified Family Medicine Physicians Michael Bittenbender, MD, and Cassandra Bittenbender, MD. Nurse Practitioner Melissa Baker, NP-C is also on staff, and accepting new patients. We are looking forward to David McCay, MD, board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, as well as Vasdev Lohano, MD, board certified in Endocrinology, to join the practice in the summer of 2009. Floyd Memorial Family Medicine in Georgetown offers the expertise of physicians CM Hocker, Jr., MD and Santhi Chennareddy, MD. The office is conveniently located just two blocks from the Georgetown exit on I-64 at 5300 State Road 64, Georgetown, IN. Palmyra Family Medicine in located at 691 Main Street N.E. in Palmrya, IN. The practice offers the expertise of Family Practice physicians Kevin Dew, MD and Howard Pope, MD.  Nurse Practitioner Janet Hollis, ARNP, and a team of skilled nurses and support staff are also available. The office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. – Noon. The practice offers the expertise of Mazen Ibrahim, M.D., a family medicine and pain management physician who has been practicing medicine in Charlestown since 1979.
